A letter from one of the participants in NYC meeting

Dear sir,

I was informed by many of my friends that you have posted the names of the people who attended the conference to help the Libyan community in America to build good relations between Libya and the U.S.
The news is not a problem, but the fact that you list the names of the people who attended the meeting is certainly not good. I do not know your intentions, but I happened to be one of those people who went there. I only want you to know the stress you caused me at work and with my friends.
Personally I do not think by attending a meeting at the U.N grounds to help improve relations with my country is a problem, but the way you presented it created so much suspicion and I feel helpless!!
To your information I care about my country and I went to see if there is anything to help my people back home. My incentive is not political. I have been in the U.S for some time and I respect its laws and its people.
Again, I think you should make a statement of apology for revealing our names and show a sportive character.

Thank you.
