To "a Libyan" who wrote the letter titled "Education ..."

I never thought we could have Libyans with such a mentality; Libyans who are pure secular. I wonder why Allah [SWT] has punished Libya with Algaddafi and his followers, it is because of your likes.

Allah [SWT] say in his book "... and those who rule with other than the Quran are indeed Kuffar." So ask yourself: if Allah said that, where do you want to be? Among the kuffar and make Libya secular or rule with Alkitab and Sunna and be a Muslim.
